My coaching and mentoring is designed for project managers, programme managers, PMO professionals and delivery leaders who want to improve their leadership capability, delivery confidence and career progression. I work with individuals at different stages of their career, from those stepping into project management roles through to experienced leaders managing complex programmes and transformation initiatives.
Coaching and mentoring both support professional development but take slightly different approaches. Coaching is typically a structured, goal-focused process that helps individuals improve performance by encouraging reflection and helping them find their own solutions. Mentoring draws more directly on experience, where practical advice, insights and lessons learned are shared to support professional growth. Many clients benefit from a blend of both approaches.
